Return & Warranty

Return

If you're not completely happy with your order, then you have a 60 day trial period in which you can return them for a full refund.

Glasses

All glasses can be returned to us within 60 days, so long as they're in good condition - no damage or scratches, please! This also includes prescription (sun)glasses.

Contact Lenses

Contact lenses can be returned within 60 days so long as they are unopened and the seal on the packaging is not broken.

Accessories

Accessories can be returned within 60 days, so long as they're in good condition. Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping fees.

Just head into your nearest store to return your items. Can't get to one of our stores? Then simply follow the instructions on the return label that came with your order, or download one via your Ace & Tate account.

You can return your order within 60 days, either in-store for free or by post. To return by mail, use the return label included in your package, or download it from your account by logging into the "Orders" section. If you can’t find your return label, please reach out to hello@aceandtate.com for further assistance.

Yes, we offer free exchanges within the first 60 days after receiving your glasses. You can exchange your frame in-store at no extra cost. If you'd like to upgrade your lenses, there will be a cost for the new lenses, but the exchange itself is free.

Please note that exchanges can only be made in-store and not by post.

Upon receipt of your refund-return products, or notification of an order cancellation, we will reimburse the purchase price as soon as possible, but in any case within fourteen (14) days of receipt of your products/cancellation notification.

You can always check the current status of your order in your Ace & Tate account.

We will assess the condition of any return products before issuing a refund for the items.

Refunds can take up to 14 business days to be processed, depending on the payment method and how the return was made. Once we’ve received your return, we’ll start the process, and the refund will be reflected in your account shortly after.

We don’t offer free returns from the US, but we’re here to help make the process as smooth as possible. For further assistance, please reach out to our Customer Experience Team at hello@aceandtate.com. That way, we can provide you with the necessary Return Commercial Invoice (RCI) for customs. This step is important to ensure your return is processed correctly.
