Essential shopping
As an eye care provider, the products and services we offer are essential for many people. That’s why most of our stores remain open with strict safety measures in place. Check your local store page for up-to-date opening hours and guidelines. Bear in mind, you don't need to reserve a spot to visit our store — only book in advance when you need an eye test.
Keeping safe
Here’s some measures we’re taking to keep our store environments safe:
1. Protective face masks
We require our customers and store teams to wear a protective face mask at all times. Please bring your own, making sure it meets your local government’s guidelines.
2. Clean hands, please
When you enter our stores, we ask you to clean your hands with the antibacterial gel provided.
3. Squeaky clean surfaces
Our team will disinfect the store surfaces and equipment regularly. They too wash their hands and change their gloves regularly.
4. Social distancing
We ask all customers to join us in maintaining distance from other shoppers. We are also limiting the number of people allowed in store at one time, based on each store’s size.

You can get your frames adjusted for free in any of our open stores.
Same Day Glasses
